All sales are final

The Wednesday Method is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. You receive full access the moment your payment completes, and the product can be duplicated and kept permanently. For that reason we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the digital content, and you acknowledge that in doing so you lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation that would otherwise apply to a distance sale.

If something does not work

Technical delivery problems are always resolved. If your access link does not work, if you did not receive your delivery email, or if you cannot open the product, email hello@tiagopisa.com and we will fix it.
