By purchasing or using The Wednesday Method you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
The Wednesday Method is a digital workshop delivered as a Notion template. On purchase you receive a link that allows you to duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace, where it becomes your private copy.
Your licence
You are granted a single-user licence for your own personal use. You may keep your copy indefinitely and return to it as often as you like.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or give away the product or your access link
- Share the product with clients, students, employees, or members of a paid community
- Reproduce the content in your own products, courses or paid materials
- Publish the content publicly, in whole or in part
If you want to use this with a group or inside a business, email hello@tiagopisa.com and we will sort out a licence.
Ownership
All content, structure, wording and frameworks in The Wednesday Method remain the intellectual property of Tiago Pisa. Buying the product gives you the right to use it, not to own it.
What you write inside your own copy belongs entirely to you.
No guarantee of results
The Wednesday Method is a decision-making tool. It helps you choose what to build. It does not guarantee that the thing you choose will succeed, make money, or work out.
Nothing in this product is financial, legal, investment, career or tax advice. Decisions you make about your work, your money or your life are yours, and you remain responsible for them. Where a decision carries financial or legal consequences, seek advice from a qualified professional.
Payment and refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the product accessible at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services such as Notion. If access is disrupted, contact us and we will restore it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of this product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
